Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is a strategic priority for both Malaysia and China. Both governments have identified skilled workforce development as a key driver of economic growth — and the opportunity to connect the two countries' TVET ecosystems is one that HYEDU Education Group is actively pursuing.

As part of its ongoing partnership development activities, HYEDU's delegation conducted a ground-level visit to vocational training facilities in China, observing live training environments across multiple disciplines including automotive technology, urban infrastructure, and industrial engineering. What stood out was the scale and sophistication of China's TVET infrastructure — training centres equipped with industry-grade equipment, designed not just for certification, but for genuine workplace readiness. This is precisely the kind of institutional depth that Malaysian TVET providers and industry partners can tap into through structured collaboration.
