HYEDU's leadership met with senior officials at Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) to advance cross-border education collaboration between Malaysia and China.

Building meaningful international education partnerships requires more than signed agreements — it requires alignment with national policy. That is why HYEDU Education Group made an institutional visit to the Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (KPT), Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education, to engage directly with the government body responsible for steering the country's higher education agenda.
The delegation, which included members of HYEDU's senior leadership, held discussions at the Pejabat Pengarah, Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi — the office of the Director of Higher Education. The visit focused on HYEDU's positioning as a Malaysia-China education bridge, and the opportunities available for Malaysian public and private universities to expand their international footprint through structured cooperation with Chinese counterparts.
Malaysia's higher education sector continues to grow in regional significance, and the government's commitment to internationalisation is a key driver of that trajectory. HYEDU's engagement with KPT reflects the Group's commitment to operating within the national policy framework — ensuring that every partnership it facilitates is not only commercially viable, but strategically aligned with Malaysia's education development goals.
For universities, government agencies, and training providers seeking to understand how national-level policy shapes the opportunities for Malaysia-China education collaboration, HYEDU stands at the intersection of institutional access and operational expertise.
