HYEDU Education Group formalises a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with UKKM, strengthening academic collaboration and student mobility between Malaysia and China.

A new chapter in Malaysia-China education collaboration
On 24 April 2025, HYEDU Education Group marked a significant milestone with the signing of a formal Memorandum of Understanding with Universiti Keusahawanan Koperasi Malaysia (UKKM). The ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both institutions and witnessed by key stakeholders from the education and cooperative sectors.
What the MoU covers
The agreement establishes a formal framework for academic collaboration between UKKM and HYEDU's network of Chinese partner universities, covering three key areas:
Student mobility and exchange programmes
Joint academic programme development
Research collaboration and knowledge exchange
Why this partnership matters
UKKM brings a unique strength to HYEDU's partner network — its focus on cooperative entrepreneurship and business education creates strong alignment with HYEDU's goal of connecting industry-relevant academic programmes to the growing demand from Chinese students seeking quality Malaysian qualifications.
This MoU adds to HYEDU's growing network of 20+ universities and 100+ academic and industry partners across Malaysia and China.
